Surprise Birthday Party

“The Perfect Events team helped my mom and I coordinate a last minute surprise birthday party for my sister. Though we did most of the planning, Perfect Events helped us organize our ideas, and arrange our plans paying a lot of attention to the minor details, which me and my mom tend to forget. They helped us get in contact with necessary people and they provided advice, tips and as much information as they could in order for us to pull it together.

They gave us less things to worry about, such as the invitations which were very cute and exactly what we were looking for. They were always on top of things and were very efficient with their e-mails, which was our main source of communication. Perfect Events offered their help in any way, even when things were coming up last minute; they never hesitated to accommodate our needs.

Not only did they provide sound advice during the planning stages but a handful of mini-crisis’ were taken care of transparently to us on the day of.

To us, the day went off without a hitch because the staff successfully shielded us from any unforeseeable issues that came up. We were pretty calm on the day of our wedding and I believe it was in large part due to the fact that the PerfectEvents staff were so organized.
